Pitfire North Hollywood seeking talented, experienced, hard-working and highly motivated people to join our FRONT OF HOUSE team! Cashiers are responsible for being the face of Pitfire, welcoming our guests, navigating and ambassadoring our menu, knowing all allergens and how to accommodate dietary restrictions, multi-tasking and being a part of team service which at times will include assisting with expo, food running, and floor service.

We are a company of 7 uniquely designed, entrepreneurially managed artisan pizza joints. We offer thoughtful, seasonal, and chef driven food at a reasonable price. We change our menu often, we curate amazing craft beer programs that are different at every location, and our wine list is small but mighty. We listen to good music. We encourage our staff to be individuals and express their style. We make our own dough, we hand stretch our pizzas and we are driven by hospitality, art, and being a positive force in the community.

Our family of restaurants includes American Beauty Steakhouse and the Window in Venice, Superba Food + Bread in Venice, Superba Snacks and Coffee in Pasadena, as well as Pitfire Pizza locations throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service from start to finish
Take orders and process payments with accuracy and efficiency
Exhibit the highest level of food and beverage knowledge
Be a great ambassador and salesperson both inside our building and out
Are committed to being an amazing teammate
You possess:

Warmth, humor, a hospitable approach and a strong desire to engage guests
At least 1 year of experience preferred
Rock solid sense of urgency
Strong problem solving, communication, and time management skills
Intense focus on the details, especially food quality, food safety and sanitation
An active Food Handler’s Certificate
