Restaurant Team Member

Papa John’s Pizza is seeking Restaurant Insiders to provide quality customer service and make delicious pizzas with pride. This position will sharpen your customer service skills and give you a first-hand peek into the daily operations of an international brand.

As an in-store team member, you will help create the quality product and service that Papa John's is known for.

General Job Duties:
• Receive and process orders
• Attend to customer concerns
• Prepare quality pizza and other food product
• Operate all equipment
• Stock and maintain adequate inventory levels
• Clean equipment and facility daily

Additional Requirements:
• Basic addition and subtraction skills to make change for customers and process orders.
• Need to be friendly and understand our customer's needs.
• Process orders over phone and in person and collaborate with co-workers.
• Basic ability to work with phones, computers, keyboards, and touch screens
• Above all, you must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly and honest.
