In our Papa John's Pizza, people are always our biggest priority. We spend additional time on training, ensuring resources are in place, and building a successful team in our restaurant.

We have exceptionally flexible scheduling and the ability to meet time off needs for individuals.

Papa John’s Assistant Managers help manage all parts of the restaurant to ensure smooth operation. You’ll help make sure we deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. We’re looking for a team-oriented leader with a sense of pride and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations with a team of 3-10+
• Follow all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
• Deliver exceptional guest service while servicing the highest quality pizza in town
• Train and develop team members

Requirements:

• Food safety training
• Cash management experience
• Conduct inventories and manage COGs
• Understanding of safety and security standards
• Dependability, Urgency, results oriented
• Lift at least 50 lbs.

• Perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery.
• Responsible to open or close the shift
