General Manager
The Area Supervisor is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the management of operations. This position will supervise and direct team members in the Manager's absence.
Responsibilities
Assist Manager in controlling labor cost through effective planning, scheduling, and on-the-job training. Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics surrounding key performance indicators. Recommend/implement ways to improve performance.
Maintain accurate and complete departmental records.
