Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients, we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. Other duties will include managing stock via ordering, weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs. You will also assist the Head Chef with managing rotas, invoicing and recruitment while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas!
