Description
Role Description:
The Partnerships Manager will look after third party relationships and identify and develop new partner opportunities. A confident self-starter, who can support the Head of Partnerships in delivering on the Partnerships strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Be the main point of contact for your partners and optimise our relationship with them – increasing awareness, engagement, spend and frequency
• Negotiate and develop marketing plans in order to build Prezzo’s profile across partners membership basis
• Diligently manage brand awareness and activities across partner channels – increasing awareness and relevance, while ensuring consistency to brand strategy; and monitor our brand reach and awareness both online and offline
• Identify and bring on new, relevant partners to grow the business under direction from the Head of Partnerships
• Report and analyse partner performance both internally and externally & suggest strategies to improve
• Quickly and proactively seek out solutions to partner and customer technical queries and act as the first point of contact for partners
• Ensure UI/UX is customer friendly & intuitive - on our site and on any related third party partners’ sites
• Champion new partners, approaches and ideas across internal stakeholders including operations
• Evaluate our offers and performance with our partners, across our brands and develop recommendations to be more commercially effective

• Confident assisting in contract negotiations
• Very highly organised, self-sufficient and self-motivated

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
