Description
We are seeking a Strong Grill Cook to work the line, full time
5 days/40 hours a week. Potential for Overtime
$16-17 an hour. You will get a raise after the December 31, 2018
*Must be able to cook steaks, and fish, perfectly to temp, on a grill.
*Must be able to work fast, clean, and organized.
*Must be able to cook vegetables, starches, and sauces properly, demonstrate strong cooking fundamentals.
*Must be a team player, willing to help out in order to get the job done.
*Must have flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
The position is available immediately. Please do not apply if you are not experienced working the grill station in a busy fine dining kitchen. This position must be a very strong line cook.
