Description
Proper Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Distribution & Revenue Analyst to join the Corporate Team. This position will strategically manage the online distribution of rate and inventory for Proper Hospitality across various channels – including but not limited to – brand website, OTA, GDS.

Responsibility
• Responsible for the upkeep and accuracy of the Proper Hospitality rate/inventory loading instructions
• Responsible for the implementation and training of all distribution-related platform at opening properties
• Oversee the use of Proper Hospitality’s channel manager according to best practices
• Trouble-shoot connectivity issues between Channel Manager/Synxis and all online distribution channels
• Monitor online rate parity and inventory availability on a daily basis for all properties across online distribution channels
• Ensure optimization of content and images for all properties across online distribution channels
• Tracking, measuring and reporting brand and hotel level performance in online distribution channels (monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Review and analyze existing and new online distribution channels opportunities for Proper Hospitality
• Supervise and assist properties during the RFP and Consortia process, maximizing the use of available tools
• Provide administrative support to Corporate Director of Revenue Management and Corporate Director of Digital Marketing as assigned

Requirements
• Good computer skills including Excel
• Oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical skills
• Good knowledge of hotel pricing and revenue management
• Good knowledge of Internet distribution systems/online travel agencies (OTAs)
• Ability to work as a team member
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issues in collaboration with property teams as appropriate
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
• Previous experience in Internet marketing, hotel revenue management, front office and/or distributions is highly desirable
