Villon is a sophisticated all-day restaurant at San Francisco Proper Hotel, featuring creative contemporary American cuisine, rich with unexpected twists and inspiration drawn from San Francisco's bountiful culinary culture, seasonal ingredients, and global influences. Complementing the menus, our "7x7" anthology of 49 original and classic cocktails by BVHospitality pays playful homage to the city's seven-by-seven-mile area, while a thoughtfully curated wine and beer list spotlights regional California and international selections. Situated in the restored historic lobby of San Francisco Proper Hotel of a nearly 100-year-old building, Villon spans three distinct spaces by world-renowned interior designer Kelly Wearstler.
