Job Description
Proper Hospitality is seeking friendly and professional individuals for an Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for supervising the maintenance efforts including the physical aspects of the building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, major appliances, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities
Complete work orders on a timely and efficient manner
Conduct preventative maintenance relating to all property's units, public areas & amenities
Maintain focus on a high level guest satisfaction
Prepare VIP Rooms
Provide a warm, authentic greeting to all residents and guests according to company standards.
Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be a team-player.
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and maintain composure at all times; be solutions oriented, open minded, and always seeking to improve.
Understand and communicate Proper brand standards to guests and residents

Requirements
Experience with hotel boiler system
Building automation
Electrical Experience
Plumbing Experience (with emphasis on drain cleaning & maintenance)
Knowledge of painting, finish work and minor carpentry
Knowledge of booster pump systems
Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
Must possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
Must possess a positive attitude
Must be service oriented
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch.
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions and bending.
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time up to four (4) hours.

Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least 3-5 years experience in a luxury environment preferred
