Department:    Property
Reporting To:   Head of Development
Location:           Hammersmith, On site

Purpose of the role

Working within the Property Team, you will project manage and take responsibility for the delivery of new hotels.  

The new properties are either developed in house or as a lease with external developer partners. The work will span from initial appraisals, space planning, design, development through to practical completion. You will also deal with all aspects of Lamington Group's non- hotel developments.

The Senior Development Manager will be handling many sites at all different stages of design and development, and will need to carefully manage and monitor programmes, budgets, stakeholders, and external consultants. You will work closely with property teams, vendors and project consultants to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and executed to a high standard.

The company has leading sustainability commitments, and the role will need to show special focus and results in building to net zero targets with operational and embodied carbon reduction at the forefront of decision making. 

Pay range and compensation package

  • Competitive salary and discretionary bonus scheme.
