What will you be doing as a Demi Chef de Partie?
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the team with a smoothly run operation during service at Jansz. or Pulitzer Garden and banqueting. You will ensure a good mice-en-place and you will work in an accurate and fast way during service.
Here's the mise-en-place list of your responsibilities as a Demi Chef de Partie:
- You are responsible for the mise-en-place
- You prepare the dishes during service
- You communicate with your team to make sure the service runs smoothly

- You are flexible to work on weekdays and weekends
- You love to connect with your team and create memories with your delicious cooking
- You have a culinary degree that makes you skilled to do the Demi Chef de Partie job
