It’s time for us to invest in marketing properly and we are looking for someone who can develop and grow with the company through its exciting European roll out. The right person will be a big part of shaping and creating a next generation travel experience.

Your key Responsibilities
• 5+ years post qualified
• Degree or similar in design, marketing, hospitality or related
• Experience in hospitality or travel industry – F+B or forward-thinking Lifestyle hotel brands.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing and in touch with latest marketing trends/technology
• Capable of managing agencies with a results focus including digital, social and PR agency
• Data & result orientated conversant in analytics and attribution techniques which will focus how we spend our budget
• Looking for a job to grow with but critically where you can lead the business in your own discipline.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, nimble and entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to support and contribute to a forward thinking and dynamic brand, helping us stay ahead of the curve and help create new and innovative differentiators in how we do business
• Additional written and/or spoken European languages would be advantageous but not essential

Your role with us
1. You will be the driver of all things marketing in Qbic, so whatever is listed below is subject to change. Cracking on, getting things done, moving at pace will be a key job requirement.
2. In partnership with our Commercial and Marketing Director, Head of Brand, Sales Teams and Head of Revenue develop Qbic marketing strategy and turn this into an actionable plan which ensures it is delivered on time and on budget.
3. Work alongside local teams and General Managers to bespoke a marketing plan for each property and delivers the core Qbic brand experience.
4. Drive footfall to our restaurants from our neighbours through a specific set of campaigns
5. Build out a CRM strategy to maximise the upsell of product, cross sell between properties and deliver a customer experience that drives advocacy for the Qbic brand
6. Manage our ppc, seo and website conversion improvement plans to continue to grow and optimise our direct channels
7. Manage agency relationships, principally PR, Brand and Digital.
8. Keep a close eye on local execution and ensure it is on brand and on message (in all languages)
9. Work with the revenue team to construct promotional calendar appropriate to their requirements and brand position to drive and achieve our revenue targets
10. Maintain a listing register that ensures all our digital territories are in tip top brand condition in partnership with the revenue team.
11. Produce monthly reports on activity, outcomes and progress to plan. You will need to work with our partners, commercial, finance and analytics packages to ensure we are maintaining an easy to understand snapshot of performance and progress on key indicators.
12. Work with finance to create budgets for planned activities and track against these both at Head Office and local level.
13. Prepare quarterly presentations to the senior team on marketing objectives and outcomes.
14. Work alongside IT to develop our database and CRM systems
15. Build trust and partnerships with all around you with an upbeat positive approach to getting things done.
