About this Job
The Content Designer is responsible for the design and content of all Qbic hotels marketing collaterals and online campaigns. The role will support the Commercial & Marketing Team to create relevant and high-quality content for Qbic brand and hotels.

About you
We are looking for bags of personality and positive attitude. A can-do attitude approach and enthusiasm paired with a desire to do things well will get you a long way. We’re an inclusive employer so want you to also feel welcome like our guests and free to be yourself.

• At least 2-3 years prior experience developing content for websites and social media platforms is desired.
• Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is essential.
• Excellent writing skills in English are required.
• Ability to support and contribute to a forward thinking and dynamic brand, helping us stay ahead of the curve and help create new and innovative differentiators in how we do business
• Additional written and/or spoken European languages would be advantageous but not essential
Your key responsibilities

1. Create Content for Qbic website and marketing collateral.
a. Online: content for qbichotels.com, social media accounts, emailing’s and articles
b. Marketing collateral for hotels and internal team, “Motley” restaurant menus, hotel posters, sales & marketing leaflets.

2. Social Media
a. To help the Digital Marketing Manager in creating social media content for Qbic Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Intranet platforms.
b. Plan and execute Qbic social media activity liaising with hotels for content and stories to share.

3. Design:
a. Help hotels and Brand Experience Manager to create clear, simple and high-quality marketing collateral:
b. Design and execution of finalised graphic assets for hotels and internal teams.
c. Menus, posters, signage, Sales brochures and presentations (Sales/HR)
d. Ownership of offline marketing projects, from the initial brief from the hotels through to the design, print, delivery and distribution to hotels.
