What is the Non-Graduate Management Programme?

Our Non-Graduate Management Programme is open to ambitious individuals, who are wanting to pursue a long-lasting career in hospitality and become our future leaders.  It is designed for someone with no particular qualifications and minimal experience, to give them the foundation of knowledge and skills to kick start their career in the industry.  It’s based on our Graduate Programme, but we give people a longer time to complete all the areas of experience open to them, with the programme lasting 3 - 4 years.  Our ambition is to encourage diversity and inclusivity in our business.  The 'on the job' training is complemented with a series of training courses, which are tailored to you, to help you develop the managerial skills needed for a managerial position.

Programme focus areas - 18-24 months Rooms Division Training: Reception; Housekeeping; Guest Relations; Night Management; Concierge and Porter duties
