Key Responsibilities of the Sales &
Marketing Manager:
maximize hotels’ revenue and guest satisfaction
by negotiating group, meeting and individual business in accordance with the
Sales & Marketing plan. The job incumbent should be active, proactive, and
result driven. All work is carried out in line with the hotel’s guidelines,
Sales & Marketing plan and Radisson Hotel Group corporate guidelines and
service concepts.
Requirements of the Sales Manager:
-Proven experience in sales with strong
problem-solving capabilities
-Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on
approach and lead-by-example work style
-Commitment to exceptional guest service with a
passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions, offering
advice and recommendations
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in
an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
-Experienced in using IT systems on various
platforms
-Knowledge of the
local market
-Strong communication skills
