As our Linen Heroes, you must genuinely want to ensure that our guests have the best night sleep when they stay with us. This starts with comfortable beds and beautifully soft, crisp sheets.

Key Responsibilities of Laundry Attendant:

•  Quality checking linen stock informing defects or shortages
•  Maintains a safe, clean and tidy linen room
•  Monitors linen stock levels ensuring stock is replenished when needed
• Hands on experience with the pressing section Hot plate pressing and utility steam pressing
• Good knowledge on washing room section wash cycle programs, chemicals and use of spotting chemicals on linen and guest garments.
• Basic knowledge about the dry cleaning process using Hydro carbon method, operating machine and the cleaning cycle.
  
• Valet duties marking and sorting of all guest garments will be an added requirement for this position. 
• Hands on experience with the pressing section Hot plate pressing and utility steam pressing
• Good knowledge on washing room section wash cycle programs, chemicals and use of spotting chemicals on linen and guest garments.
