- Administer
operations meeting and Food & Beverage meeting presentations and
minutes
- Administer
Food & Beverage operations, hotel & General Manager, Human
Resources requirements both on system and on paper.
- Administer
GM, Hotel Manager and F&B Manager requirements, signing and approvals
- Prepares
letters, VIP card which requires GM’s signature
- Reads
arrival list and VIP list to make GM and Hotel Manager are aware of
returning guests and VIP guests. Communicates with Front Office to
organize appropriate gifts for VIP guests.
- Keeps
the highest level of confidentiality regarding staff, business and guest
information
- Attends
meetings and training as required by the business
- Assists
colleagues to perform similar or related jobs when necessary
- Ensures
guests satisfaction by attending to their requests and inquires courteously
and efficiently.
- Accepts
flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted services to hotel
guests and the hotel’s stakeholders.
- Knows
names and functions at regional and corporate office and is familiar with
Radisson Blu vision and mission.
- Aware
of corporate clients and clients generating high business volume
- Handles
all hotel mail, including responding, taking action and disturbing as
appropriate maintains trace files.
Food and Beverages administration
- Process
F&B reservations received during shift (phone & e-mail)
- HRNET
management for Kitchen and F&B teams
- Administration
of any necessary HR paperwork relating to F&B employees (NHR, leaver
forms, status change forms, etc.)
- Prepare
for proof and then orchestrate printing once approved of all F&B
artwork, menus, communications.
- Complete
purchase orders requested by F&B and Kitchen department
- Complete
necessary reporting and tracking files
- Work
with support functions to assist F&B ops- IT for micros changes,
M&E for function details, etc.
- Administer
F&B month end reporting and forecasting information for Hotel Manager
