Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out promptly and professionally. |

Develops and builds own skills, knowledge, and experience at every opportunity within the Marketing & PR department, which aligns with the culture of growth, development, and performance expected by the company. |
3. |
Collaborates with the Head of Department, ensuring that productivity targets and performance levels are attained. |
4. |
Build and maintain effective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholders while promoting the company culture and values. |
5. |
Collaborates with the graphic designer: Share relevant info and get on-brand marketing collateral for both hotels (flyers, banners, menus, etc.). |
6. |
Create, edit, publish and share engaging social media content using Birme/Canva and various tools to prepare the content. Communicate with followers, respond to queries on time and monitor customer reviews. Communicate with social media influencers, coordinate with Ops, follow up after visits, and get more user-generated content. |
7. |
Analyzing reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
