Your Role as a Leisure Club Assistant

Our Leisure Club Assistants play a key role in creating a welcoming and safe environment for our guests and members. You will:

• Perform opening and closing procedures of the leisure club
• Greet and check in guests, ensuring they are informed about available facilities
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and members, helping them achieve their fitness goals
• Demonstrate correct usage of exercise equipment and ensure safety at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all leisure club areas, including changing rooms, sauna, and pool (if applicable)
• Monitor facility usage to ensure compliance with club rules and safety regulations
• Carry out regular inspections of equipment and report maintenance issues as needed
• Assist with membership sales, actively promoting our leisure facilities
• Work closely with housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver an engaging and positive experience for all members and guests
