As Training
Officer, you will join a team that is obsessive about delivering
exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst
having fun in all that we do!

- Analyse training needs and to develop new training
programs or modify and improve existing programs
- Prepares the Annual Training Plan according to the budget of the hotel
property
- Develops and conducts induction training programs and ensures trainings are
implemented to all new hires
- Implements supervisory and management development sessions and to certify
team leaders to become trainers.
- Develops and organize training manuals, multimedia training visual aids and
other educational material
- Arranges the implementation the cross-training policy as required.
- Communicates with Department Heads and Managers the training attendance of
their staff with the support of HR Manager and General Manager
- Assists and works with Department Heads, and the Human Resources Manager to
perform the other Human Resources related tasks within department: performance
appraisals, coaching, counselling, discipline and grievance, employee
relations, wage and salary administration, compensation and benefits, and
succession planning.
- In consultation with the People and Human Resources Management sources,
recommends and coordinates provision of specialised external training as
required
- Develops training supporting documentation as required
- Ensures the accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of training
records in consultation with other Human Resources personnel
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and continuous improvement methodology
across
all aspects of this
role
-Works proactively to maximize the guest service and the team
experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries
and problem
resolution
-Delivers on plans where human resources initiatives & hotel
targets are achieved
