Do you enjoy a full house? Do you stand out? Relationships are everything. Your role will be to drive revenue and market share growth on identified market segment for assigned cluster of hotels: Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Brussels, Radisson RED Hotel, Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Midi and Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport.

As Cluster Sales Manager, your main focus will be to renew corporate agreements for the 4 Brussels properties and the rest of the year hunt MICE Business from this same account portfolio (in relation with global account managers).

THE ROLE
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of the hotel market in Brussels
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of our hotel’s product and service
• Ensuring brand and hotel awareness on the market
• Following, maintaining and developing assigned accounts, segments
• Meeting objectives set by the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing
• Participating and organizing sales and marketing activities including but not limited to site inspections, fairs, trade shows, workshops, road-shows, sales blitzes, external sales calls, internal appointments (breakfast, lunch and dinner meeting), cocktails & events, PR activities, famtrips and client events
• Following, maintaining and developing assigned accounts, segments and markets
• Developing good relationship with assigned feeder markets and client portfolios.
• Using existing reservation channels, tools and reports to prospect new accounts.
• Using the PMS to maintain an effective and up to date database -CRM-.
• Prospecting, analyzing and profiling new accounts.
• Performing telemarketing activities to prospect new accounts


Experience:

- Previous experience in hotel sales,
- Analytical, Aggressive’ prospecting, Account management skills
- Negotiation + Communication skills

WHAT ABOUT YOU:
• At least one year of professional experience gained in a similar environment and on a similar position, or former experience in meeting & events sales and/or reservations (knowledge of the BtoB corporate market)
• Proficient level in English is imperative, fluency in French, Dutch is optional
• Ability to work with MS Office and Opera
• Knowledge of the Belgian market is an asset, focussed on MICE for corpo and agencies
• On top of this requirement, we are expecting a candidate with:
• Very good organisational and social skills, good team player
• Excellent communicator, flexible and cooperative
• Commercial and problem solving skills (customer orientation, openness and proactivity
