Our Food & Beverage Service Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities of the Waiter/Waitress:
 To ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition, prompt and cordial attention from the point of
contact till the departure of the guest.
 Accurately records, pre-checks, and picks up all food and beverage orders
 Serves guests their food and beverage promptly and courteously
 Sets tables as needed prior to guest arrival
 Maintains a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and
promote additional sales accordingly
 Makes clear orders to kitchen production, and bar regarding beverages; registers orders according to hotel procedures
 Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner;
greet guests according to the standards to ensure superior service


Requirements of the Waiter/Waitress:
 Female candidate preferred
 Diploma in Hotel Management or Hotel School Degree an advantage and/or
Minimum 2 years related experience in the international hospitality industry
 Well-groomed and confident
 Able to communicate in English and have excellent interpersonal skills
 A true passion for people and service along with a positive and Yes I Can! Attitude
