Description
Are you a natural team player, with a passion for all things Food & Drink and has a genuine desire to provide an unforgettable costumer experience? Then the role of Hostess at our hotel is waiting for you!
Your role is to be a key part of our Food & Drink team! This role includes the responsibility for delivering five-star guest service and growing your knowledge of our first-class Food & Drink menus.
Our ideal candidate would be:
• Welcomes, greets (by name if known), and seats all guests, acknowledges all guests on departure and remain friendly
and courteous
• Have a good knowledge of the entire hotel operation to be able to answer all guest questions properly, responds to and
anticipates guests needs
• Answer telephone calls, take care of reservations and assign tables so that the restaurant is utilized in an efficient
manner
• Have a good knowledge of the restaurant menu and hand out all menus in good order and explains any special offers
• Keeps the hostess desk clear and tidy all the time
• Informs the superior of all guest complaints that have occurred
• Update the guest history in the system with their likes and dislikes
• Involve in the operation when required by the superior
Qualifications & Requirements would be:
● Diploma in Hotel Management or Hotel School Degree an advantage
● Minimum 2 years related experience in the international hospitality industry
