Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
To provide efficient and courteous assistance as guests enter and leave the hotel and to increase customer satisfaction by providing personalised and five-star services to guests. All work is carried out in line with the hotel’s guidelines, and The Radisson Hotel Group corporate guidelines and service concepts.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PROVIDE PERSONALISED SERVICE TO GUESTS AND ASSIST GUESTS ENTERING AND LEAVING THE HOTEL
• Checks the daily arrival list
• Welcomes and escorts guests upon arrival; exhibits courteous manners
• Opens car door and/or entrance door
• Assists guests with baggage to the Front Desk
• Maintains updated database of regular guests and VIP guests
• Maximises customer satisfaction and utilisation of hotel facilities by promoting hotel restaurants and other services to customers
• Keeps self updated on all local events, sights, restaurants, activities etc. In order to provide customers with updated information and assistance
• Maintains a supply of hotel brochures, local maps, restaurant menus and services
• Arranges for special services requested by guests
• Issues appropriate keys to guests and staff according to the hotel’s guidelines and policies
KNOWLEDGE OF TECHNOLOGY
• Is able to operate switchboard, key equipment, credit card machines and printers, hotel alarm systems, and other Guest Relations/Front Office equipment
- Drivers license is a must.
- Good knowledge in Swedish and English. Other languages are a welcomed addition.
