As Room Service Order Taker, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
Key Responsibilities:
-Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
-Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
-Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
-Directly involved in the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders, courteously, efficiently and promptly
-Know all menus and on going promotions in the outlet by heart and gives recommendations to guests upon request
-Make himself / herself familiar with all relevant issues concerning the Room Service
-Flexible to work in other areas when required by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
-Experience in food & beverage service
-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
-Strong grasp of English/great communication skills, be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
We are proud of our 480 room hotel (90 suites) overlooking the Trump Golf Course, within the DAMAC Hills Community in Dubai Land. To create many a memorable moment for our guests, wehave 3 F&B outlets in Fire Lake Grill restaurant, Hessa St. Kitchen- serving authentic Asian favourites a la carte, Hills Pool Deck, & 4 meeting rooms. To help our guests unwind, a Dreamworks Spa, a 25m swimming pool & a well-equipped Gym await to be used.
