Description

Radisson Dubai Damac Hills opened mid April, & is looking to strengthen it’s team with a talented Revenue Manager. 

We are proud of our480 room hotel (90 suites) overlooking the Trump Golf Course, within the Damac Hills Community in Dubai Land. To create many a memorable moment for our guests, we will have 3 F&B outlets in Fire Lake Grill restaurant, Hessa St. Kitchen- serving authentic Asian favourites a la carte, Hills Pool Deck, & 4 meeting rooms. To help our guests unwind, a Dreamworks Spa, a 25m swimming pool & a well-equipped Gym await to be used.

Key Responsibilities :

•Manages the Rooms Reservations team, & be a hands on manager taking reservations when required

•Actively works on improving conversion of booking enquiries

•Ensures proper Property Management System data management

•To forecast rooms revenue accurately by Market segment, & ensure that together with the Sales team, the optimum business mix is found

•Assist in the lead generation and referral of business for the sales team by analysing current business, lost/denied business and identifying potential new business through reservation inquiries/bookings

•Drive a pro-active sales culture within the team to ensure all budgeted revenues are achieved

•People developer/exporter

Requirements:

•Proficient in Rooms Reservations procedures, & to be a resource when needed

•A proven track record in a similar role within an international hotel brand environment and to demonstrate excellent standards and team member management

•Commercially aware of Dubai market dynamics

•Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards

•Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail

•Strong working knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering and Property Management System

•Due to current travel restrictions, we will give strong preference to a locally available talent
