The Manager Strategic Partnerships acts as a support to the
Director Strategic Partnerships, as well as account lead for accounts
assigned to them. The mission of the role is to support and optimize revenue
contribution of distribution partnerships.
This includes but is not limited to influencing the Distribution and Revenue Management Departments with
the right business recommendations in order to maximize net revenues globally
with the right insights and tools.
The role sits at the intersection of Radisson’s sales,
e-commerce, marketing, revenue management and distribution activities and
requires cross-departmental co-operation.
Roles/Responsibilities: - STRENGHTENING PARTERSHIPS Reinforce current partnerships by supporting account directors, supporting regular meetings including Quarterly Business Reviews, engaging the partners toward the 5-year plan of the Company, ensuring the correct distribution of rooms and rates, enabling the accurate and effective creation and distribution of Partner production reporting.
- UNDERTAKING OPPORTUNITIES & PARTNER PROJECTS:
Supports with incremental revenue opportunities by presenting internally new partner opportunities and/or new online Partners, which can support RHG objectives. Identifying new business opportunities with partners by studying pace, forecasting and performance.
- ACCOUNT PERFORMANCE & OPERATIONS:
Commercial account management support for assigned accounts. Build strong day-to-day business relationships with key account stakeholders. Support with building in-depth account profiles and plans, which show understanding of the complexity of the account. Train, obtain feedback, monitor and support internal and external stakeholders in handling the portfolios in order to optimize their performance. Influencing healthy rate execution to secure price positioning and rate integrity for the Radisson Hotel Group portfolio.
- CONNECTING: Be the relationship builder for various internal and external stakeholders that are involved in the account at global, regional and local level.

Job requirements and qualifications:
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree from accredited university -
E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related major
preferred
Minimum experience: At least three years’
business experience in an international environment with a focus on sales,
revenue management, account management and e-commerce.
Experience
gained in an OTA, Wholesaler or Hospitality group and previous revenue
ownership an advantage.
Language skills: Fluent English both written and spoken, additional language skills
are welcome.
