General Manager Opportunity – Banke Opera Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel (Opening 2026)

Job Description 

Are you a driven, forward-thinking leader ready to take on an exciting pre-opening challenge in a prime urban location?

We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of a new Radisson Collection property  a 90-room luxury hotel located in a prime downtown location and scheduled to open in Q3 2026. This role requires a dynamic, commercially and operation minded leader with pre-opening expertise to shape the hotel’s identity, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one.

The hotel will feature 3 meeting & event spaces, an elevated restaurant and bar concept in line with the Radisson Collection brand standards.

Your Role: 

As General Manager, you will be the face of this new Radisson Collection property, responsible for its strategic direction, successful opening, and long-term operational performance. You will:

  • Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s pre-opening, operations, performance, and profitability
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team across all departments
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction while upholding Radisson Collection brand and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with Radisson Hotel Group’s Area and Support Office teams throughout the pre-opening and post-opening phases
  • Drive commercial strategy, innovation, and revenue growth in the luxury segment
  • Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality

About You: 

You are a confident, commercially minded leader with a "Yes I Can!" spirit and the ability to manage complexity without losing focus on people or detail. 

You bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in a 5-star hotel, ideally with pre-opening or launch experience
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • A track record of elevating hotel performance and strengthening brand positioning
  • Solid Sales & Commercial expertise, with an affinity for upscale F&B concepts and boutique-style Meetings & Events
  • A forward-thinking, contemporary approach to luxury hospitality and guest engagement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
  • Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
