The Radisson Hotel Group™, formerly Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, is looking for a Key Account Manager for its Western European office, based in Paris, France.
This position will report to the Regional Director of Sales for Western Europe.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU IN THIS ROLE?
• To develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients across the Region, Area or Theatre
• To drive profitable revenue Transient (70%) & MICE (30%) and market share growth for area and global hotel(s) through the focus on a selected portfolio of existing accounts as defined by the line manager
• To develop knowledge of each account, its pipeline, supplier management and strategic focus
• To create consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity for Radisson Hotel Group
WHAT DO YOU BRING ON THE TABLE?
• You have a proven experience in Sales in Account Management ideally for Corporate/Transient accounts
• You are Sales oriented, enjoying challenges very much and have facilities to convince
• You are a team player and open-minded, with hunting spirit to develop business
• You are sensitive about Revenue Management and Sales Strategy
• You are methodical, meticulous and have great organisation skills
• You master Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Sales Force is a plus
• You speak, read and write French and English fluently
