Description
The Radisson Hotel Group is building its new Digital Experience Center of Excellence in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multinational team made of digital experts that aims at transforming the way Radisson engages with guests digitally to make their travel experience special, Every Moment Matters.

Radisson is currently looking for a Digital Content Project Lead who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the projects assigned to the team in charge of the digital content on its multi-lingual global e-commerce RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app.

The right person for this role:
- Is highly skilled in organizing the content workflow in principle for the EMEA market (and potentially giving service to more regions) content team while supports global initiatives
- Oversees, reviews and approves content to set the quality standards high and ensure best SEO ranking
- Has project management skills
- Is involved in day-to-day operations to bring marketing and corporate content to life
- Implements localization strategies and ensures that content is optimized for a global audience
- Is driven, never satisfied with the status quo and always working to get better
- Is digital savvy and passionate about digital, websites and apps
- Has a strong attention to details and seeks quality
- Sets a high bar for him/herself

Mission

The Digital Content Project Lead at Radisson Hotel Group has the role to organize and support in the intakes of the content team to ensures that RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app display fresh and high-quality content (both text and visual elements) to help users making a booking decision. Specifically, the purpose of this role is to:
- Manage and organize the intake of the projects in order to deliver Marketing & Corporate initiatives and update Hotel pages
- Support the team that creates, revises, edits and publishes content in order to ensure compliance to brand guidelines and superior content quality on the website and app.
- Oversees and advices on the projects that concern the content team in order to drive online business.

Team and Stakeholders

The Digital Content Project Lead will part of the Digital Experience Center of Excellence Team and will communicate with global teams around the world including:
- Hotel Owners/Operators
- Brand and Marketing Teams
- Digital Marketing and SEO Teams
- Commercial Team
- IT Team
- Vendors

Responsibilities

The Digital Content Project Lead has the responsibility to:
- Ensure an excellent management of the requests coming from stakeholders and recommend solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and manage timelines for the end to end process from intake of request, receiving
copy and images, loading into CMS, and publishing to the site.
- Organize the intake for the Content Specialists to deliver marketing and corporate communications for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Ensure workflow remains nimble and updates are handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Ensure all digital content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for the digital channels including desktop, mobile and app.
- Maintain high-standard web content on RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotel app.
- Operate the Content Management System (CMS) to publish content on the website and app.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding and other internal teams to determine their needs
- Manage end to end translations process on content requests through CMS or vendor portal.
- Review reported content requests and provide/implement the fix or workaround.
- Follow and uphold Brand and Site style guides and standards, guidelines provided by the SEO team and ADA compliance.
- Identify CMS/content related bugs and submit tickets in the reporting tool (Jira).
- Monitor web issues submitted to our queue and route to the appropriate party.
- Keep current on the latest editorial and user experience techniques and share best-practice examples with team members.

Requirements/Skills

The Digital Content Project Lead must possess the following requirements and skills:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in web content production teams.
- Experience providing work directions to stakeholders, contractors and vendors
- Skills to gather ideas and feedback from a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to set clear goals and quantitatively measure them.
- Extensive knowledge of HTML, Photoshop and InDesign
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with content for a global audience.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce best practices.
- Ability to manage vendors.
- Capable of working collaboratively across teams and departments, with minimal supervision.
- High degree of ownership and accountability.
- Balance multiple projects, assignments, and launches simultaneously within a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Ability to work with technical staff to communicate issues.
- Highly detailed-oriented, organized and patient.
- Native English, Chinese, German, Russian or Nordic language is a plus
