What you’ll be doing...
As Kitchen Manager focusing on breakfast, you’ll be responsible for the successful execution of one of the most important meals of the day – ensuring our guests start their day with a memorable, high-quality experience. Your day will involve:
Leading the breakfast service, ensuring consistency, speed, and exceptional presentation across all menu items.
Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard, from buffet setups to made-to-order items.
Supervising and developing the breakfast team, ensuring training, motivation, and performance are aligned with RBH values.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene throughout the kitchen, in line with HACCP and food safety protocols.
Managing stock levels for breakfast service, placing orders, reducing waste, and ensuring efficient cost control.
Collaborating with the Management Team on menu development and innovation tailored to guest feedback and seasonal trends.
Ensuring a smooth handover between breakfast and the next meal period.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with previous exposure to breakfast service.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
Passion for food and hospitality, with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
Excellent time management and ability to stay calm under pressure during busy breakfast periods.
Solid understanding of food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen regulations.
Creativity and enthusiasm to contribute new ideas and improve existing offerings.
Flexibility to work early shifts, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
