Description
The ideal candidate will be an effective leader with solid kitchen management experience and culinary skills. Verifiable experience in a NYC upscale casual or fine dining environment is required. The ability to work all stations on the line is required. The candidate must have a proven record of strong kitchen operations and must be able to expo high volume shifts while working the line ensuring the overall quality and integrity of the food. Core responsibilities include training, development, and retention of the BOH staff, quality assurance, effective cost controls, purchasing, sanitation, and facility maintenance. The candidate will need the ability to create and execute daily specials that are concept aligned in a high-volume kitchen. The Sous Chef must be able to work well with FOH management team and conduct pre- shift meetings for FOH staff.

We currently operate sevn NYC restaurants and are a growing company with lots of growth potential for the right individual.
