Senior Venue Host

About this role …

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and personable to join our fantastic Front of House team as a Senior Venue Host. As a department that is open 7 days a week from 7am to 11pm, there is flexibility with the days and shifts we can offer, ranging from full time to part time to flexible hours. 

Whilst this role is predominantly based in Front of House, you may also be required to support in other areas of the business, but your main focus will be to look after our customers and provide excellent customer service. You’ll be checking our guests in and out, answering any queries they may have and being the face of our property – Ultimately, you will be helping our guests to have a positive and memorable experience.
