The Job

Working within the People Team, the Learning and Development Coordinator will be planning, prioritising and developing new engaging and imaginative training programs and initiatives, ensuring that these programs and initiatives are consistent with the business overall strategies, objectives, and needs.

Key areas of focus will be:

  • Coordination of the Management and Leadership Academy
  • Facilitating training courses within venues and Red Engine
  • Partnering with the Ops and Venue Management team to identify training needs
  • Supporting the creation of training & development processes to ensure consistency across our growing portfolio of venues
  • Facilitating regular feedback workshops and implement suggested improvements
  • Supporting the development of a suite of innovative training and development tools for our RE and Venue teams
  • Supporting new venue opening training alongside the Learning and Development Manager
  • Working alongside the People and Operations team ensure consistent delivery of training on all products in venue in line with brand strategy and training best practice including evaluation, feedback and effectiveness.
  • Supporting building processes and systems to support and manage the full product learning suite and help to manage our on-line training ensuring that training is fit for its audience and supports our in-venue trainers

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Experience of supporting and running Training and Development programmes
  • Desire and enthusiasm to lead Training and Development programmes
  • Experience of Learning Management Systems, a good understanding of FLOW an advantage
  • Experience as a Learning and Development Coordinator in a hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high growth organisation
  • Strong people skills. High energy with infectious desire to drive People development and learning.
  • A love of communication and demonstrable experience of delivering innovative and effective training and development programmes and workshops
