Rí Rá (roughly translated as "Good Fun") has been a labor of love for Ciaran Sheehan and David Kelly, two childhood friends from Ireland, since they emigrated to the USA in the 1990’s. The duo’s mission was to create a gathering place like those pubs that they knew so well from their hometowns in Ireland. Such a place would have authentic Irish interiors, would be welcoming to all and would act as a “social hub” for the local community; a “Real Irish Local”. Rí Rá in the Mandalay Bay Casino in Las Vegas, NV, encompasses a fantastic community oriented pub & restaurant with multiple bars and party spaces, as well as the best live Irish entertainment in the city. We want people who support our Mission (to “Create Experiences That People Love”) and want to have fun in achieving it!

- You are a “Team Player”, considerate to the experience of all guests, as well as the experience of your fellow employees
- You have strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task
- You understand “Genuine” hospitality
- You ideally have experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting
- You ideally have any State or County required license requirements for the service of food

What You Will be Doing
- Bussing tables (clearing plates, cups, glassware and condiments etc.)
- Resetting tables to standard
- Assisting Servers with table Service Steps (such as providing bread and water refills to guests)
- Following up with guest requests, either directly or via the assigned Bartender / Server
- Assists Servers and Bartenders in maintenance and cleaning of service utensils and service equipment
- Interacting with guests
- Adhering to all local and state laws regarding the service of food; including Steps of Service
- Ensuring that server stations / areas are kept stocked and are maintained in an organized, clean and sanitary manner
- Completing general tasks to ensure the efficient flow of service, for example, restocking ice bins, replenishing stations with clean glassware and emptying trashcans
- Ensuring that all set-up and break-down tasks are completed to standard
- Having fun!
