Finance Assistant
Description
We're looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our Accounts team based in St.Eval.
Our Accounts team provide financial support for our Restaurants, Foodie Shops and other support teams and allow our operational staff to focus on providing the best customer experience.
This is a full time, temporary contract role with an immediate start required and a contract end date of the 31st March.
WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO
• Checking Daily Revenue reconciliations
• Assisting sites with cash ups
• Procesing invoices using Sage 200
• Posting payments to the P&L
• Support in Bank Reconciliations
• Ad-hoc duties requested by the financial manager
KEY SKILLS
• Great attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of excel
• Good organisational skills
Our offices in St Eval are home to our Reservations, Marketing, Stock Control, Accounts and HR teams.
