Senior Breakfast Waiter (Weekends)
Description
We’re looking for a Senior Breakfast Waiter / Waitress to confidently deliver exceptional service to our customers during breakfast service at the weekend. You will be working from approximately 7.30am until lunchtime every Saturday and Sunday.
As Senior Breakfast Waiter / Waitress you’ll work as part of our restaurant team, taking orders, serving food and drink and wowing our customers with your knowledge. You'll also play an important part as a role model for other members of the team. If you’ve seen our menu you’ll know there’s a lot to learn so you’ll need a passion for food and the ability to offer outstanding service. In return we’ll support your development and you’ll have the opportunity to take part in supplier visits, master classes and training.
WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO
• All the usual things like taking orders and serving food and drink
• Interacting with guests and demonstrating excellent customer care
• Effectively communicating with other members of the team and giving feedback on performance
• Completing opening and closing checks and recording deliveries and wastage
• Welcoming new starters and supporting with their training

The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow is famous for establishing an international reputation for the very freshest fish and shellfish, often landed on our doorstep. In the centre of the restaurant is a Seafood Bar where guests can enjoy watching chefs assembling platters of oysters, langoustines and sashimi.
