We are looking for a person with high ambitions who loves seafood and coastal life and would like to be part of an energetic team running a group of award winning seafood restaurants. We would want you to share your enthusiasm through amazing service levels.
The role:
As a Kitchen Porter you will……
● Be enthusiastic, hard working and reliable
● Assist in basic food preparation
● Clean kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery to an excellent standard and carry out other tasks as requested
● Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
● Keep kitchen area clean - mopping floors, emptying bins etc
● Always positively represent Rockfish and live by “Our Values”
● Deliver quality products consistently to all our customers
● Continually improve your knowledge of Rockfish procedures and products and the skills involved in delivering these.
These are a few of things you can expect from us
● A share of all tips from customers
● Good pay rates, always above national living wage.
● 50% off discount in all our restaurants
● 28 days paid holiday a year (pro rata for part-time employees)
● A place at “Rockfest” our annual company celebration
● Progression opportunities with options to experience different roles and styles across our business.
● Access to our Company pension scheme.
● We aim for all our team to work no more than 48 hours a week.
● Use our Rockfish paddleboards whenever you like
