The Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Bar Manager to lead our bar team with passion, precision, and creativity. This is a hands on leadership role where every detail matters, from the artistry of a perfectly balanced cocktail to the warmth of five-star guest service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, with both cocktail and barista training, and proven management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver world-class service with consistency and flair
Craft signature cocktails and prepare barista-quality coffee to exacting standards
Oversee the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service
Manage stock, suppliers, and ordering with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety, and presentation
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and pride
Collaborate with senior management to elevate the guest experience and meet business goals
About You:
Previous supervisory or management experience in a premium restaurant, cocktail bar, or luxury hotel
Skilled in both mixology and barista service
A confident and inspiring leader with a hands-on approach
Immaculate personal presentation and a passion for hospitality
Calm under pressure, with the ability to deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and committed to working evenings, weekends, and special occasions
