We have a fantastic opportunity for a night porter to join the team. You provide guests and visitors with a warm welcome and great service. You will ensure the Hotel is kept safe and secure overnight and then is perfectly presented ready for our guests in the morning. You will be helping our guests to their rooms and ensure they settle by dealing with any requests.
What we are looking for
• To go out of your way to ensure our guests get to learn and discover the area around the Hotel.
• Experience in a customer facing role or in a security role would be an advantage.
• Have a flexible approach, working night shifts, and weekends.
