Event Manager

We are seeking an experienced event planner/sales person to handle incoming inquiries, reservations this would be from initial call thru thank you note after the event.

Duties include but not limited to the following:
Answer phone calls
Respond to guest inquiries
Meet with clients
Create a custom menu
Conduct site visits
Inform the kitchen and the Staff about booking details
Assist with staff the day of the event if needed.
Follow-up with the client to get a testimonial
Administration skills, marketing skills, posting on social media and hospitality related websites
