Team Leader

S'UP! We are a young and fun, fast casual restaurant, central to healthy and fresh eating located in downtown Madison! We believe in serving only the best tasting, freshest meals, and that doesn't just start with great ingredients, it starts with the people who prepare them. This concept was started by two Michigan grads in 2014 and we've been growing ever since. Team Leader

What you'll do:
Inspire a shift of part-time team members, while hanging tough and working on the salad line
Empower team members with an interactive pre-shift meeting
Train incoming team members with our comprehensive training guide, S’UP U
Receive and execute delivery orders in a timely fashion
Responsible for cash allocation and end of night mgmt procedures

Qualifications
At least one year of fast casual restaurant experience (supervisory preferred)
Ability to lead with focus during a busy shift
The right candidate will not have an issue getting to work on time, leading by example, and providing dynamic customer service.
