About us: Sushi By Bou offers a 30-minute and 60-minute dining experience. Our timed seatings help us keep the quality of our fish high but affordable. Our seasoned chefs serve you directly at the sushi counter, guiding you through the meal, and providing a truly exclusive experience.

Compensation: $10.00/ hour plus tips. Training rate $15.00

Responsibilities

• Assists the bartenders to ensure a high level of quality and speedy service.
• Ensures the bar is always fully stocked to required par levels.
• Ensures the bar is always neatly organized.
• Clearing tableware
• Refilling water glasses
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas

Qualifications or Requirements

• Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or Bar Back.
• Understanding of hygiene and food & beverage safety rules.
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
