Summary of Position: A Barista is responsible for preparing hot and cold beverages, educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Maintain the highest level of standard for all product preparation
• Adhere to all company recipes and measurements
• Produces superior product presentation
• Maintain inventory of all coffee product and alert manager for re-ordering
• Participate in daily breakdown via cleaning itinerary sheet
• Provide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all guests
• Practice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
• Perform other related activities as assigned
