We are a fast casual eatery located in Manhattan with a global presence, we believe in wholesome Mediterranean food seasoned with love!
We are currently seeking supervisor with open availability:
Reports to manager, required to work with all employees in all work areas. Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure operation runs as directed by management, inclusive of delivery platforms
Accountable for cash handling
Ability to rotate and fill in vacant line position as needed
Requisition the correct par for meat, produce, beverage and order supplies for store location
Assist with invoicing process and inventory
Adhere to company’s food safety policy and board of health regulations
Ensure all work areas are clean and sanitary; includes cleaning all equipment, prep tables and mopping floors
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
Food Handlers preferred, NYC restaurant experience preferred but not required.
