Assistant General Manager

We are seeking for a FT AGM to Join Our Team

AGM’s will work in a collaboratively manner with the GM and Director of Operations to ensure a smooth operation. AGM’s are expected to be proactive and remain flexible to business needs.

Candidates must:

·   Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operation while supporting staff members

·   Oversee guest services and resolve issues promptly, discreetly, and proficiently

·   Support and enforce safety and sanitation regulations

·   Adhere to company standards and protocols

·   Assist GM as needed

·   Other ad hoc assignments

Qualifications:

· 2-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant in NYC

· Soft skills: knowledgeable, strong leadership qualities, team player, detail oriented and proactive

Highly Desirables:

· Knows Micros POS system and/or Toast (Big plus)
