Principle Responsibilities and Position Purpose:
To achieve the highest level of resident satisfaction across the assigned area, by delivering the SI vision of an unparalleled dining experience for residents throughout their vertical communities

Essential Responsibiliies:
Implements and oversees strategies aligned with the overall mission, vision and values of ServedIN.
" Delivers the SI RXD for the Residents
" Follows up with additional services that enhance the RXD
" Handles Resident requests or complaints personally and/or refers as appropriate
" Ensures proper set up of Resident Service carts
" Inspects all service ware, carts and insulated containers prior to use
" Checks food items prior to serving, ensuring proper presentation and temperature in accordance with SI Standards
" Cleans and organizes service area during and after service
" Displays in-depth knowledge of SI App functionality
" Displays in-depth knowledge of SI POS system
" Displays in-depth knowledge of service excellence drivers
" Possesses general knowledge of kitchen/dining operations
" Possesses general knowledge of wine, beer and spirits

ServedIN Performance:
" Creates value and engagement by delivering an exceptional dining experience
" Coordinates service requests with other Attendants
" Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of all menu offerings
" Completes all necessary side job duties
" Acts on all Resident requests quickly with a sense of urgency
" Helps other team members when business is heavy
" Conducts hall and building sweeps as scheduled to insure proper cleanliness
" Reviews bill for accuracy and completes quality check on each order
" Embraces team-focused environment

" Fluency in English
" 1+ years prior hospitality experience
" Food Handlers certification preferred
