Your mission will be to deliver an unparalleled resident experience to ServedIN Chicago’s Vertical Communities through excellent quality food and service.

ServedIN is revolutionizing meal service in Vertical Communities. We understand that dining is more than food. We are the next-generation amenity that places advanced, ventless Custom Kitchen Units (CKUs) in the heart of residential high rises. Five-star service, chefs on standby, and delivery at the door step or anywhere in the building. Quality food—personalized with more convenience and speed at a lower price - gives our residents the opportunity to enjoy more of their lives. Dining in no longer involves hours in the kitchen or clean up. ServedIN leverages food, technology, and service - replacing mess and mayhem with taste and style.


What is a Vertical Community…

A Vertical Community is made up of people who live and work in downtown residential high-rises, inhabiting not only their residences, but rooftop decks, lounges, fitness centers, and other common areas. The ServedIN team is a critical member of this community.

What you’re like…

You will be responsible for preparing and serving excellent quality food alongside your ServedIN team members

You will deliver on the ServedIN promise by focusing your efforts on the needs of the resident

You have a roll-up-your-sleeves, whatever-it-takes mentality, are open-minded and handle ambiguity and stress with calm

You demonstrate enthusiasm for the brand, are extremely self-motivated and foster positive resident and cohort engagement


What you’re responsible for…

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and kitchen station environment

Execute high quality food, in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail

Follow recipes and builds according to SI standards

A passion for food and cooking and a willingness to learn new cooking techniques with state-of-the-art equipment

Live and practice Uwezuwetu – strength through collaboration amongst team members

What else you need…

1+ years prior culinary experience in high quality, high volume foodservice operations
Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
Comfort with technology-driven solutions and automation
Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently
Basic mathematical skills necessary to understand recipes, measurements, and portion sizes
Food Handlers certification required
