Principle Responsibilities and Position Purpose:
To achieve the highest level of resident and employee satisfaction across the assigned area by delivering the SI vision of an unparalleled dining experience for residents throughout their vertical communities

Position Specific Skills and Requirements
" 1 + Years prior steward / dishwasher experience in quality and volume establishments
" Ability to follow ServedIn Standard Operating Procedures
" Ability to be self-directed with minimal direct supervision
" Ability to withstand extreme temperatures within a kitchen working environment
" Food Handlers certification required
" Ability to stand and walk at fast pace for the duration of a shift
" Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
" Comfort with technology driven solutions and automation
" Strong communication and listening skills
" Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the business
